The Management and Board of Directors of Ocean Oil and Gas Company Limited are pleased to officially announce the signing of a One (1) Petroleum Supply Agreement for AGO and other commodities between OCEAN OIL AND GAS COMPANY LIMITED and VERMOGEN PROPERTIES AND FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LIMITED.
The signing ceremony took place in Abuja, Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Ocean Oil and Gas Company Limited was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Henry Vincent, while Vermogen Properties and Facilities Management Limited was represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Madam Princess Carolina Ibrahim.

This agreement marks another important milestone in strengthening cooperation, partnership, and mutual business growth between both institutions. We remain fully committed to fostering a strong and productive relationship built on trust, professionalism, and shared vision.
